What we collect on this site

Waitlist email. If you leave your email to be notified when trials or membership spots reopen, we store the email address, the language of the page and the date. We use it only to send that notification.

Consent cookie. Your cookie choice is stored in a first-party cookie (ec_consent) for 180 days, so we do not ask again on every visit.

Analytics (only with your consent). We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to measure how the site is used: pages viewed and anonymised session replays with all inputs masked. The analytics cookie is shared with our member dashboard on the same domain, so a later signup can be attributed correctly.

Advertising pixels (only with your consent). With marketing consent we load the Meta, TikTok and Reddit pixels, which record page views and conversions for ad measurement and retargeting on those platforms.

Technical logs. Our infrastructure and Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site, process IP addresses and request data for security and delivery. This is our legitimate interest in running the site safely.

Tracked links. Some outbound links (for example to our social profiles) pass through our own click counter at go.easycop.eu, which records the click with a hashed IP. No advertising profile is built from this on our side.

Purposes and legal bases

Waitlist notifications: your consent, given by submitting the form. Analytics and advertising: your consent, given through the cookie banner, revocable at any time. Security and technical logs: our legitimate interest. If you become a member, billing and account data are processed on dashboard.easycop.eu to perform the contract.

Retention

Waitlist emails are kept until the notification is sent or until you ask us to delete them. The consent cookie lasts 180 days. Analytics data follows PostHog retention settings. Technical logs are kept for the short periods needed for security.

Recipients and transfers

We use PostHog (EU hosting) for analytics, Cloudflare for content delivery and protection, and, with your consent, Meta, TikTok and Reddit for ad measurement. These ad platforms may transfer data outside the EU under their own safeguards (standard contractual clauses). Membership payments are handled by Stripe and sign-in by Discord on the member dashboard, which has its own data handling.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time (the cookie banner choices can be changed by clearing the ec_consent cookie). Write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date. Substantial changes to consent-based processing will re-trigger the cookie banner.
