The service
EasyCop EU is a membership service run by Ivan Sposato, Via Claudia Augusta 153, 39100 Bolzano (BZ), Italia, VAT IT03038690214. Members get access to a Discord community with product monitoring alerts (restocks, drops, preorders and deals across EU stores), related tools and community channels. This site, easycop.eu, presents the service and its public restock log.
Membership and billing
The membership costs €30 per month, billed by Stripe as a recurring subscription started from dashboard.easycop.eu. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and no further renewals are charged.
The service is digital and starts immediately after payment. By subscribing you ask for immediate performance; where the EU right of withdrawal applies, you can still contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of first purchase.
You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
Acceptable use
The membership is personal. Do not share your account, resell access, or redistribute alerts and member content outside the server. Do not scrape or overload this site or the member services. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules; where required, refunds follow the billing rules above.
No guarantees
Alerts depend on third-party stores and platforms we do not control. We work to be fast and accurate, but we do not guarantee that any product will be available, that any alert arrives in time to purchase, or any resale outcome. Purchases you make in third-party stores are contracts between you and those stores.
Trademarks
Brand and product names mentioned on this site or in alerts (for example store or manufacturer names) belong to their owners. EasyCop EU is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Changes and applicable law
We can update the service and these terms; substantial changes are announced in the Discord server and on this page. These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory consumer venue applies; otherwise the courts of Bolzano, Italy.
